Where we deliver
We deliver to these 20 countries in Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Sweden.
Delivery cost
€5.99 per order to every country we deliver to. Delivery is free on orders of €40 or more. The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Our products are sent to you directly from our suppliers' warehouses. The projector is sent from a warehouse in Poland by DPD. The projection light and the advent calendar are sent from warehouses in China.

If your order contains items from different warehouses, they arrive in separate parcels.
Tracking
We email you a tracking number as soon as your parcel is sent.
Import charges
For deliveries within the European Union, the price you pay at checkout is the full price. If a carrier asks you to pay import charges on delivery, contact us before paying and we will sort it out.
Late or missing parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of your order, or by the end of the estimated time for your country if that is longer, tell us through our contact page. You can choose between a replacement and a full refund.
